By now the world knows that Yojisan Sushi opened earlier this week. Finally, have a look inside the dining space and sushi bar. Giacomino Drago (Il Pastaio, Via Alloro) and sushi chef Yoji Tajima (SHU Sushi House Unico) collaborated on this concept, hoping to bring modern Japanese cuisine as well as (more) sushi to downtown Beverly Hills. They tasked architect Dan Brunn with creating a delicate, serene space that was full of light. Wander through the space, and it’s clear that Brunn delivered. Open now for lunch and dinner.
