Carnaval Latino

 October 15th, 2011
      LA PARRANDA concerts sponsored by H.A.M.A.C.A., featuring international renowned music stars will enchant patrons of all ages.  Music and dance will fill each day, spanning world genres such as Salsa, Merengue, Latin Jazz, Bachata, Latin Hip-Hop Reggeaton, and Latin Rock.  Local New Orleans Bands with a Latin tinge.  For more information, call (504) 528.8560.

Another day full of music and other great events!!  International recording artists along with local and regional music, dance, and folkloric groups.



Special Attractions

"Las Cantinas":  This attraction features food and drinks from throughout the Americas and the motherlands.  Reservations are now being taken for food vendor booths.  The festival is seeking a wide variety of representative cuisine from the Americas and the motherlands.  For more information please call Ivelis de Leon at (504) 528-8560.

"El Mercado":  "The Market" is a special Arts and Crafts and business opportunity trade center , with attractions such as cigar rolling sites, espresso coffee, original jewelry, piñatas and much more.  For more information on selling or advertising your products at a booth in "El Mercado", please call Ivelis de Leon at (504) 528-8560.

For the Kids: We will also have special attractions for the kids. This includes face painters, funny clowns, and Space walks. Fun for the whole family!

Parking and Shuttle Services:  Ample parking and shuttle services will be available at secure lots next to the site at moderate prices.
